If you wish to use Fedora and lack a good internet connection for downloading as well as money to purchase you can get help from this.

but keep in mind few things
1) they have specific number of DVD's each month
2) don't order and sell for profit.
3) if you have good facility at home join in as a volunteer to help freemedia program.
